| Fox and Hounds | This claims to be an "English" pub but I
couldn't see much English apart from the fox hunting
pictures on the wall. The interior is large, open and
pleasant, with numerous TVs showing various sports, and
four pool tables. The impressive beer list includes
British Tetley's and Boddington's, Belgian Delerium
Tremens and Liefman's Framboise, and Fransikaner Weiss
from München as well as a number of domestic beers, all
on draught. The food - steaks, burgers etc. is very good.
Don't believe anything they tell you about what events are going to be shown on the TVs, especially if it's soccer! Last visited July 2000 |

| Oregon Bar and Grill | Great! This large dark and dingy boozer was busy with a lively clientele
and the Karaoke was in full switng on a Wednesday evening when I visited.
There are plenty of TVs and video games around the place. On draught they
have a wide selection of international beers, including Boddingtons served
totally flat!
