A rather plastic one room pub with a paved beer garden when I visited in 1998. Since then it's been refurbished in very pleasant style, and concentrates more on food although there was no-one eating when I was there.

A very pleasant food-oriented pub, the interior mostly knocked through into one room, but still retaining separate areas. Surprisingly busy on a Tuesday afternoon in 2018, sadly much less so on a Thursday in 2024.

Cock and Pullet: Seven handpumps serving a fine range of real ales in this pleasant two sided traditional pub. Noted closed and boarded up in 2018, but re-opened in 2023, reverting to its original name and continuing to provide excellent cask. Last visited July 2024. |
