Nutshell This splendid pub claims to be the smallest in Europe, and it's certainly a lot smaller than the one in Southport with a similar claim. Excellent ales from the local Greene King brewery.

Hare and Hounds A nicely preserved but slightly neglected country pub with two bars. Excellent food. Large beer garden. Decent beer including Adnams Bitter and Broadside, and Moorlands.

Brewery Tap A range of owners Maulden's beers on sale plus guests in this pleasant open friendly pub. Some ales are served direct form the cask in a little tap room. The pork pies look very tempting.
