Very nice (fake) antique decor with bare bricks and some rough plaster, and wood and stone flooring, in this large building. There were fourteen real ales on when I visited - sadly I didn't have time to try all of them! The food is good. In my experience, always busy, and deservedly so; a great pub.

A very large pub, nicely decorated. It is popular with walkers on the Coastal Walk. Since my first visit in 1998 it has been somewhat re-modelled and joined the Ember Inns chain. Quality real ales are served.

This pub has a large open pleasantly decorated lounge side, and a smaller and slightly plainer bar side. The menu looks to offer good value standard pub food. Noted closed in 2020.

A large open room with modern decor in this new-looking construction which has retained some old brickwork. There's an open kitchen so if you're there on your own you can watch the food being cooked and distributed. Opened July 2016. Last visited September 2023. |
